The pair—both with West Coast roots, a passion for the oyster, sustainability and good times—came together in 2014 and have been redefining the mobile oyster bar experience ever since...one shuck at a time!
Experts at shucking oysters AND making people happy, this young and engaging duo merge their technical skills and business savvy with equal parts entertainment and oyster smarts. Jess and Sean are on a mission to raise the oyster’s profile as a versatile gastronomic delight and transform the ordinary into the extraordinary—all while providing a unique service experience.
